weekend in delaware

back in the apartment now here in brooklyn. had a nice long weekend in delaware. was good to be with family again. was able to do a considerable amount of tax-free shopping. got myself a nice laptop sleeve, a nice track jacket and a nice bright orange shirt. got to do some healthy grocery shopping too—high fiber/protein cereals, fresh peanut butter, bars of fine dark belgian chocolates. was able to do some good eating too. and some great sleeping, finally. happy to say that the jetlag is officially out of the system. the battery's are fully recharged. ready to take on the city again. even got to spend the busride home doing a little bit of planning on the next few months (plans are highly classified though, ha...). in any case, was a great weekend and it's good to be back in the city (and back to a very neat and organized apartment complete with a welcome back note to greet me even).
