yoga-fied

just came from an hour and a half session of yoga. here now at soy luck club relaxing, enjoying my once hot now cold green tea soy latte. but no worries. it's all part of the earth's balance. im in that state again of feeling energized yet relaxed. fully awake yet half asleep. must be the effects of having fresh blood and oxygen rush through one's body. quite strange actually but i could get used to this.

am enjoying yoga a lot. it's a good break from the new york rush. great teacher in slowing down and grounding oneself in the moment. great way of easing oneself to a certain sense of balance. great complement to the rest of the week's physical activities/exercise. very relaxing yet at the same time very strenuous.

found myself looking through the photos i took over the christmas trip to the philippines. quite a wealth of images actually. i've yet to find the time to organize them into one interesting book though but it will happen. as my grandpa used to say, it's just a matter of time.

but anyway, back to the present. i actually am beginning to like this cafe a lot. in a table in the corner, 4 friends are knitting. in the other, 3 friends enjoy a nice conversation. nice cozy atmosphere. and no cellphones allowed which is good.

i need to snap out of this sense of peace and ease. i feel drugged. ok, it's slowly easing away. the evil thoughts are coming back now.

i almost laughed my brains out during the yoga session coz there was one guy who farted while doing one of the poses. amazing how i was able to hold it and actually shut the distractions out.

but enough, this yoga's killing my killer instincts.

a peaceful easeful day to everyone. don't forget to breathe.
