tres kapitales in tien dagens

ok, i may have just messed up 2 languages there but nevertheless, the jointman is back in business. another step closer towards world domination. ok that's bullspit coz its more like world exploration. so here's the plan. it all starts out in the self-proclaimed capital of the world—new york city. john f kennedy airport.

from there we, er i, cross the atlantic and fly out to madrid, españa. unfortunately, it's a limited budget since the jointman still has to save up for the november flight to the philippines. hence no 5-star accomodation but instead a good enough hostel in the heart of huertas. while in madrid, enjoy the sites and culture and ultra-laid back lifestyle and night time party-heartying. take a few siestas and sangrias here and there. and hopefully meet up with a friend who's currently based not that far away. and from there carry on to the next stop.

schiphol airport, amsterdam, holland. considering how the august '05 trip was a huge success, this revisit was i guess just waiting to happen. soon enough, thankfully. hopefully los coenos won't be homeless by then so i have a couch to crash and not camping out next to a canal. all business in amsterdamn obviously. the ad center execs will be talking about future projects and the ever-growing company profits (as though there were any). unfortunately though, unlike last year, this year's visit to the lowlands will only be limited to 4 days. but 4 days or 10 days or 40 days, im sure it would be great seeing the dutchies once again.

now, all that needs to be done is book the flights, get my 2 by 2 by 3 taken, take care of gathering up all the travel requirements, visit the spanish embassy, and get my schengen visa approved and we're all set. ok still quite a handful to go. but considering it's still around 3 weeks to get things done, we're looking good. 3 capitals in 10 days. sounds good to me. maybe another book at the end of this trip. or even a next city to add to the to-live-in list, who knows.
